 The Company was established in 1996 to market, sell and manufacture cold mixed SCANMIX® road surfacing material and devices for the mixing of the surfacing material.

THE SCANMIX® METHOD

The SCANMIX® method mixed surfacing material consists of crushed aggregate 0 - 16 mm + 6% bitumen emulsion 2,000 cSt.

Normal cold mix method surfacing material consists of crushed aggregate 0 - 16 mm + 6% bitumen emulsion 2,000 cSt.

Manufacturing of surfacing material by using compounded aggregate or reuseasphalt, e.g. 0 – 16 mm, sieved into three fractions or more and is sprinkled by bitumen emulsion, soft bitumen or cement slurry in accordance to patented method and patented device.

E.g.:

             SCANMIX®11T,  SCANMIX® 18CG, SCANMIX® 16G, SCANMIX® 18R.              

No moisturizing by water of the aggregate necessary for new manufacturing (T or G) or reuseasphalt (R). 

Fuel consumption 0.1 litre for one ton of surfacing material at highest capacity.
